The Roll Pat is ideal for kneading, beating and rolling dough or working with sugar and chocolate. When rolling out dough on the "top surface" of the mat, there is no need to sprinkle the mat or the dough itself with flour. The "reverse side" is skid resistant and secures itself to any working surface. Although the Fiberlux Non-Stick Mat and the Roll' Pat may look the same, in fact they are different products. The Roll' Pat is not designed to be a baking mat and should never be folded or cut in order to fit into a conventional oven.
